When C*vid hit, I had a thriving 1:1 coaching practice, but I saw so many people struggling, and felt called to do more.

I wanted to create something special and impactful—something that could reach and help more people than 1-1 coaching ever could.

At this time, I was part of a business community that had just completed a money generating challenge. It was electric—learning and connecting with a group of motivated people chasing their dreams in such an uncertain time. I loved the energy and decided to create my own.

I put up one Facebook post, and to my surprise, it went viral. Suddenly, over 100 athletic and adventurous individuals signed up for my 35-day mindset bootcamp.

I couldn’t believe it!

I had a loose outline of what I wanted to teach, but:

  • No content prepared

  • No online teaching or content creation experience

  • I’d never done group coaching before.

In my typical “wild” fashion, I dived in with both feet, poured my heart into it, and helped people achieve epic results. It was an absolute blast

I used to be that girl - the one who spent more time in bed than out of it, trapped in a cycle of chronic fatigue and debilitating PMDD.
