A quick note from me!
I created the Ultimate Athlete Mindset Summit to shake up how sports performance psychology is taught.
In 2009, my life buckled to my personal health. I was diagnosed with severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, an extreme fatigue that knew no limit. Doctors told me I would feel this way for the rest of my life. I refused to accept my fate.
A few years later, I dived deep into a 3-day seminar to learn how to rewire my brain and my life transformed overnight. Having lived in a world where you’re told that mental change is hard work. That it may take weeks, months, or years to make those mindset changes. I felt strongly that the sports performance world is missing what it truly takes to help change the game of performance for athletes.
My vision was to create a solution where the members are empowered to create lasting athletic performance transformation, in a short amount of time by reprogramming their brains.
In the process, the Ultimate Athlete Mindset has become far more than ‘just another mindset course’ or ‘athlete network.’
Almost daily, I hear my members daily inspiring each other and taking their performance to new levels through what they’ve learned and implement within the Summit.
