  • We kick-off your journey with a Champion Audit. We dive deep. First with a thoughtful in-depth questionnaire. Second, during a 90-minute call, we pinpoint your stuckness, define the best version of yourself and expand on your dreams to become more of your reality. Think of this stage as creating a road map for your transformation journey.

  • This is where the recurring coaching sessions begin.

    Following the Champion Audit, we’ll then work together over 3, 6 or 9 months to reprogram your brain, reflect and act on how you can unlock your extraordinary potential in the day-to-day and make your future desired self your present reality. I’ll be your brain trainer, guide, accountability buddy and cheerleader while you install a new level of mind.

    Once we reach the end of your coaching, we’ll have a Champion Wrap Up chat.

  • Once we reach your Champion Graduation, we’ll have a up to 90-minute Champion wrap up session to celebrate all of your amazing transformations and goals, and chat about how you’d love to move forward to ensure you stay on track.

  • As time progresses after your Champion Graduation and you install your new Champion mindset, one of the best ways to stay laser-focused on continuing to become the best version of yourself and bring your dreams into existence is through accountability. You can graduate to the Ultimate Champion Journey or have quarterly 60-minute coaching calls with me.

    Whether you’re working towards being the best leader, navigating change in your personal life or driving to succeed in your sport, I’ll be here for the next six months to make sure you continue to show up as your best self.
