Who is Adelaide Goodeve?

Hi, I'm Adelaide! Fully recovered from severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in 3 Days, Master Brain Re-Programmer, Mental Trainer, Performance Coach & Adventure Athlete.

When I look back on the years I had severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, it’s just a bedridden blur of darkness. I was wondering if the top Doctors were right… maybe I’d never get better? Maybe it would get worse?…. Could it get worse?

But there was always something deep within driving me to find answers. And one day, I found a three-day brain training treatment, and that’s when everything changed.

What started as an impossible question "what if I could fully recover in 3-days?" quickly became my reality.

I dove right in—immersing myself in the brain training, and within weeks I was taking up CrossFit, riding across Mongolia, hiking for 3-months in Nepal… and ten-years on I’m now a full-time adventure athlete, international speaker, award-winning podcaster and performance coach living my dream life in Norway.
